My Order

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    UK:

    Republic of Ireland and Europe: Standard ( 7-10 working days) : £5.99


    Rest of the World: Standard (up to 21 working days) : £13.99

    Please note: Please note though that orders dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for custom delays. These fees can be unpredictable and are the buyer's / your responsibility.

  • Do you ship internationally?

  • Can I alter my order?

    Once your order is complete, you can no longer add items, or change your order… so don’t forget to double check your basket!

    You can email us at info@skininmotion.com if you have any amends for your order and we will do our best to accommodate. However, we cannot guarantee that we can address changes before the order is dispatched.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you would like to cancel your order, just contact info@skininmotion.com... however, sometimes our warehouse team are super speedy at getting the orders out the door. If your goodies are already on their way to you then unfortunately they are yours and we cannot cancel it. However, as long as it is not used/opened, you can send it back to get a refund. Please check our Refunds and Returns section for more info.

  • What will my order arrive in?

    We're all about making our packaging as eco-friendly as possible!

    Your products will arrive in a recyclable cardboard envelope designed to protect your goodies during transit. Every order also comes with a free sustainable cotton pouch to be reused as you please… our way of looking after you, and the environment!

  • Are Skin in Motion products vegan?

    We strive to ensure all of our products are vegan, however, please note that the lip balm is not 100% vegan as ingredients include Lanolin, a derivative of sheep wool. All other products in the range are vegan.

  • Are Skin in Motion products cruelty-free?

    Yes! Our products are all proudly cruelty-free.

  • Is the packaging recyclable?

    We love the planet here at Skin In Motion, so we are constantly working to make our products as sustainable as possible.

    All of our outer packaging is FSC certified and our products are made using recyclable plastic… for more tips on how to recycle your goodies, check out our video on Instagram.

    To reduce unnecessary plastic waste, we also use less packaging… whilst this may make our products appear smaller, don’t worry, they’re still just as full of gorgeous product!

  • I prodotti Skin in Motion sono vegani e cruelty-free?  (IT)

    I nostri prodotti sono tutti fieramente cruelty-free.

    Ci impegniamo per assicurare che tutti i nostri prodotti siano vegani, tuttavia, si prega di notare che il balsamo labbra non è al 100% vegano poiché gli ingredienti includono lanolina, un derivato dalla lana delle pecore. Tutti gli altri prodotti della gamma sono vegani.

  • Gli imballaggi sono riciclabili? (IT)

    Amiamo il pianeta qui a Skin In Motion, quindi lavoriamo costantemente per rendere i nostri prodotti il più sostenibili possibile. Per ridurre gli sprechi di plastica inutile, utilizziamo anche meno imballaggi... anche se ciò può far sembrare i nostri prodotti più piccoli, non preoccuparti, sono comunque pieni di prodotto stupendo!

  • Where are the products manufactured?

    All our products are proudly manufactured in the UK!

  • My concealer is sweating... is it okay?

    If you've ever noticed tiny liquid beads on your concealer, it's called "sweating" and it's actually more common than you think.

    It happens when the temperature changes around the concealer, causing a fraction of the oils to migrate to the surface and create tiny beads of liquids. It often happens with the creamiest of formulas, which means even the most high-end products suffer from it. So don't be surprised when you see this, it is perfectly fine and doesn't affect the product at all!

  • How do I remove the mascara?

    Whilst our mascara has amazing staying power, unlike a lot of waterproof mascaras, it comes off easily without needing to scrub. We recommend using a gentle oil-based eye-makeup remover to delicately wipe away the product.

    Our PURIFY IT Witch Hazel water is FAB at removing waterproof makeup from your face, along with any other makeup or grime. 

  • Does the mascara come in different colours?

    Ooo you’re always giving us ideas! Our mascara is currently only available in black, but stay tuned…

  • Does the mascara add volume?

    Our waterproof mascara is designed with a curved wand for maximum lift and length… but for those of you wanting a bit more oomph (we all have those days), try using an eyelash curler before application, you’ll be amazed with the results!

  • I'm a swimmer - will the mascara be suitable for the pool?

    Oh yeeeaaah! Our mascara has been tried in the sea, in the pool, in open water lakes… you name it, it says put!!

  • What is my tinted moisturiser shade?

    Our Work It Tinted Moisturiser formula is delightfully sheer, offering a natural skin-perfecting veil of coverage. As a result, our 4 shades works across the full spectrum of skin tones, making it easier to pick the right shade for you. (No really, our shades have been tried, tested and LOVED by all).

    Shade 1.0: Ideal for light to medium-light skin tones. Works for pink and yellow undertones.
    Shade 2.0: Ideal for medium-light to medium skin tones. With a touch more of a yellow hue to add warmth to the skin.
    Shade 3.0 Ideal for medium to dark skin tones. A beautifully mid dark shade with a good yellow hue.
    Shade 4.0 Ideal for dark to deep dark skin tones. A deep dark shade with a warm undertone.

  • Can I mix my tinted moisturiser shades?

    Are you kidding? Absolutely! Feel free to mix away until you find your desired shade, or use them in isolation as a lightweight contour or highlighter… the possibilities are endless!

  • Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

    Our products are designed by makeup artists and cosmetic chemists to look after your skin, so are bursting with lots of natural and skin-nourishing ingredients. Whilst every effort has been made to make the products suitable to all (and we have never had any complaints regarding skin irritation), each individual is different so we cannot guarantee how your skin will respond. To be safe, why not patch test your new product on a small hidden area of the body before applying to your face… just to be sure it suits!

  • Are the RE-USE IT Makeup Pads Hygienic

    Completely! The pads are made from bamboo cotton which is naturally antimicrobial, making them extremely hygienic. They are also super easy to wash between uses, keeping them lovely and clean! Just pop them in their laundry bag and pop them in the washing machine at 30 degrees!

  • Do they include SPF?

    Our current products are designed to be non-comedogenic (not block your pores) and incredibly lightweight, therefore they cannot all offer SPF protection.

    Our lipbalm however is SPF30 and designed to maintain the perfect pout despite the elements… so pucker up and enjoy the heat!

    To keep your skin sun-safe, we recommend applying an SPF product to all exposed areas before using Skin In Motion goodies.

  • What's the difference between Witch Hazel Water and Micellar Water? 

    Both micellar water and witch hazel water work as amazing makeup removers, and both offer a no-rise cleanse. The difference is in how they cleanse the skin.

    Micellar water contains purified water plus moisturizers like glycerin, and mild surfactants, for deep cleaning your skin. It also contains oil which is there to hydrate. However, the oil can leave a residue on the skin. This residue can clog pores and cause breakouts. 

    Witch hazel water meanwhile is a natural astringent, working to removing oiliness, redness, and sunburn. Unlike micellar water, witch hazel also doubles as an effective toner, tightening the pores and providing remarkable smoothness. The presence of antioxidants is yet another bonus!

  • I have oily, acne prone skin - which Skin in Motion products are best for me?

    Our Clear It Wipes are a firm favourite amongst those prone to breakouts. Infused with skin clearing, anti-inflammatory ingredients such as Salicylic Acid and Pomegranate Enzyme, these powerful yet gentle wipes will dissolve dirt, sweat and makeup to reveal healthy and balanced skin! (please note: do not use on or around the eyes)

    Our Work It Tinted Moisturiser is also the perfect solution for those that want a little coverage without causing skin to become congested… it is non-comedogenic (meaning it is breathable and doesn’t block your pores), sweat-proof (to control excess oil) and hydrating (to nourish your skin)… the perfect solution.

  • I'm suffering from menopause - will Skin in Motion products be suitable for me?

    Absolutely! Our products are designed to nourish your skin and leave you feeling fresh and fabulous!

    To keep hot flushes at bay, we recommend using our Cool It Mist… infused with mint extract and hyaluronic acid to provide a burst of refreshing, cooling and reviving hydration for when you need it most!

    Our Work It Tinted Moisturiser is also the perfect solution to skin that feels the heat… with its sweat-proof, breathable and lightweight formula, your skin will stay looking flawless, no matter how hot you get!

  • I'm always short on time when applying make-up, are your products easy to use?

  • I'm not allowed to wear much make-up at school so I need products that aren't too heavy and give a natural look, can you help?

Samples, Refunds & Returns

  • Can I return my items?

    We hope you will be completely delighted with your order. However, should you wish to part ways with your skin in motion goodies, you have 14 days to return them to us. In the interests of hygiene and consumer safety, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition, and this must be done within 14 days.

    Non-EU and Non-US orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • How do I return my items?

    We cannot be responsible for the returned order until it reaches us, so we suggest a tracked service to ensure safe delivery and a smooth refund process. Please note that we do not cover the cost of returning the order.

  • I didn't purchase my products from your website, can I still return them?

    Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products that were not purchased on skininmotion.com. You will be required to contact the original place of purchase to follow their individual refund and return process.

  • Can I get a sample?

    As we are a small and growing business, unfortunately are not yet able to offer samples. We hope we will have the capabilities to offer samples soon…watch this space.
